Gemini Rosemont is a premier development company providing an all-encompassing luxury living experience in New York City to its residents. Our sole purpose is to develop highly desirable, well-located buildings with robust amenity packages, and the ultimate in property management services.

Gemini Rosemont made its initial investment by purchasing condominiums at 75 Wall Street and 15 William Street in 2014. Our strategy was to focus on property management, monitoring day-to-day operations including leasing, build-out, and resident relations.

We expanded our strategy to include full-service development of luxury multi-family properties when 101 W 14th Street was acquired in 2018. Gemini Rosemont broadened its scope of capabilities by adding acquisitions, financing, design, construction, development, asset management to its established property management division. As hands-on developers, the entire process is managed from acquisition through sales and leasing. Our experience in ushering projects from concept to reality by our cultivated in-house team of experienced professionals has resulted in successful experiences for our residents.
